A. The tour includes a cycling guide, a bicycle, and a helmet. For long tours, a support vehicle is also included.

Q. Can I choose the type and size of the bicycle?

A. We provide bicycles suitable for participants with heights ranging from approximately 150 cm to 190 cm.

Q. How are meals and breaks handled during the tour?

A. Meals are not included in the price of one-day tours. For long tours, accommodation, meals, and activity fees are included separately.

A. The tour will proceed in light rain.

A. Participants are generally required to arrange their own insurance. However, inbound insurance is included for long tours.

A. In principle, rental bicycles must be used. However, participants who are too tall for standard rental bicycles in Japan may bring their own.

A. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, non-flared pants, sneakers or other sports-appropriate shoes, and a windbreaker for temperature adjustment.
