How to Rent

This page explains the flow from booking to return. Your reservation and rental fee are paid online in advance. Insurance (if required) and any same-day options are paid at our shop on the day. The flow from booking through the day of your rental is as follows.

1Online Booking & Advance Payment

Choose your bike model, rental period, and options on this website to make your reservation.

  • The rental fee is prepaid by credit card at the time of booking (advance payment).
  • For rentals longer than one day (overnight / multi-day rentals), a deposit (security) is also held on your credit card at the time of booking. It is released after the bike is returned and inspected.
